英国赫尔大学成立于公元1928年，它是英国第14所成为独立大学的传统国立大学，位于英国英格兰东部的赫尔市市区，地理位置优越，环境优美，具有良好的设施设备，是欧洲大陆的入口，它由两个校园组成：Hull主校园、Scarborough 校园，赫尔主校园，位于英国东部约克郡的赫尔市区内，成立于1928年，它是英国第14所成为独立大学的传统国立大学。离伦敦市区约三个多小时火车路程。斯伽婆罗校园，离赫尔校园约一个小时汽车路程，属于约克郡，是英国著名的海港旅游城市。教职工: 2300人，全校有18000名学生在攻读学位，2000多名海外留学生来自于100多个不同的国家。
